Insight
Green Flag and VCCP came to DLMDD with a challenge: we need a sonic logo that says “Nothing Beats Near”, and we need it quickly. It needs to be assured, immediate, and warm - a confident sonic tag that has gravitas and wisdom, whilst also sonifying Green Flag’s promise of always being near.
Approach
Hard attacks, impact, percussion, ruthlessness, efficiency, militance - it’s near! Green Flag’s new sonic logo uses real car sounds to pack that everyday hero punch; pitched engine sounds matched to a bassy synth for the melody paired with car bonnet hits, taps and knocks for percussion, gives this sonic logo an authentic, automotive, back-on-the-road feeling, through a punchy product-sound led three-hit sting.
